Luvagins didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a calling — and a pair of leggings that just weren’t cutting it.

It Started Out of Necessity

I spent my days working with adults with disabilities — meaningful, active, on-your-feet work that demanded comfort and flexibility. Leggings were the obvious choice. But the ones I could find? Boring. Plain. Not exactly inspiring for a woman who wanted to show up feeling put-together and purposeful.

So I created The Workables — leggings with work-inspired prints like houndstooth, pinstripe, and checkered that are cute enough for work, flexible enough to move with your busy schedule. Hidden pockets included, because a woman on the go needs her essentials close. It was a practical solution to a real problem, and other women felt it too.

But as the brand began to grow, something shifted. God laid it on my spirit that Luvagins wasn’t just about cute leggings — it was about something greater. I started doing my research and discovered what I already felt in my heart: there was a real lack of faith-inspired athleisure wear. Women of faith had nowhere to turn for apparel that reflected both their active lifestyle and their spiritual identity. That was the open door. And I knew I was supposed to walk through it.

I Procrastinated. God Was Patient. Then He Wasn’t.

I’ll be honest — I sat on this vision longer than I should have. I had the idea. I had the passion. But I kept waiting, kept second-guessing, kept telling myself maybe later.

Then God brought me to Esther 4:14.

“For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

That verse stopped me cold. For such a time as this. If I stayed silent — if I kept procrastinating, kept playing small — God would simply find someone else to do what He had already placed in my hands. That was all I needed to hear.

I launched Luvagins.

God’s Favor on the Scripture Collection

I got to work on The Scripture Collection — apparel designed to carry God’s Word and His promises close to the body, every single day. And the response has been undeniable. The Scripture Collection has become our most successful line, and I don’t take that lightly. That’s God’s favor. Plain and simple.

It is a daily reminder that when you step out in obedience, He meets you there. We are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14) — and our apparel is a declaration of that truth.

Where We Are Now

Today, Luvagins (pronounced Love-agains) is a faith-led, purpose-driven apparel brand built for women who are living fully — in their faith, in their work, and in their bodies. Every collection carries the heartbeat of where we started and the vision of where God is taking us.
