At Luvagins, all products are made to order just for you. Because each item is custom printed and fulfilled upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We do accept replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• There was a manufacturing error (wrong item, misprint, or quality issue)
• The item was lost in transit

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with our manufacturer to send you a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
